Effective VO2 Max Indicators

Fri 1. Feb 2019, 23:31

Hi There,

I've noticed that the Effective VO2 Max indicators on the historical view of the last months and weeks are relative to the Effective VO2 max in calculations on the day you are looking. My suggestion is to make this indicator relative to the Effective VO2 Max average on the day / week / month the activity was undertaken. Looking at the last 6 months it appears my performance has stagnated or dropped when it has actually improved over the last 6 months so that relative to today, my effective vo2 max scores are lower.

Great tool, check it after every exercise!
