I'm currently trying to dig deeper into my data to see if I can find any pattern in my periods of overtraining / injury. Having done some research, I'm particularly interested in the "monotony" and "training strain" metrics. However, I can only see a daily snapshot in the "calculations" panel and can't find a way of seeing how these have varied over the days/weeks/months of my training.
I would love to be able to view how they vary over time within the "shape" graph. Would this be possible?
