favorite Garmin connect IQ data fields?

Hey, as the title says, what are your favorite data fields for garmin connect IQ?
I have just one installed on my watch, the runscribe data field.
The runscribe foot pods integrate very nicely with their connect IQ data field, adding a handful of metrics to the recorded fit file.
My Garmin watch allows only two different data fields per activity, and I am wondering if I could squeeze some more cool functionality out of my watch by adding one more data field.
I am thinking either something that just informs me during the run, or something that adds more data, either with or without additional dongles.
