Yes, that is the sequence I followed, connecting to Garmin, then going for a run. That run was populated in Garmin, but didn't get ported over to Runalyze.

Would you suggest I disconnect then again reconnect my Runalyze account to Garmin and start over?

I see the last 30 days of activities in your account?
Like stated in the docs "Only the last 30 days of activities will be send to us from Garmin (This can take some time)". This can take sometimes a some hours up to one day

Yes, it is all there now!

It all appeared once I unlinked then relinked Runalyze with Garmin.

So I think all is good now with the sync!
