Garmin Sync issues

There were issues with Garmin Sync yesterday (2019.02.17), and now yesterday's activities are not appearing. How do I force a sync of activities?

In case activities are missing due the outage of Garmin Connect you may need to upload the activity manually. We got a lot of activities from Garmin after their outage, but it seems some activities are missing. As they only have a "Push" API we cannot access and sync any activities from date x manually.

Garmin also had an server issue on 17th feb.

Good afternoon!

I just joined Runalyze and Runalyze forum, hello!

Yesterday I successfully synchronized my Garmin account with Runalyze, per the Runalyze confirmation notification. I noticed all the data was blank in Runalyze as expected (I have 6-9 months of data in Garmin).

Today I went running, and the Garmin field was populated. However, even hours later, the Runalyze data fields are still blank. Is this expected? Is there something else I should do?

Thank you for any advice!

If you connect your account with Garmin we only get the last 30 days. Please read more at our help section

The problem is actually that *no data at all* was transferred over, even though Runalyze noted the sync process was complete and then I went running (with normal population of the Garmin site).

I will see if it will transfer over after my next run on Tues.

You need first to take a run after the connect of your Garmin Account. After that first activity Garmin will begin to send us the last 30 days of activity history.

Yes, that is the sequence I followed, connecting to Garmin, then going for a run. That run was populated in Garmin, but didn't get ported over to Runalyze.

Would you suggest I disconnect then again reconnect my Runalyze account to Garmin and start over?
