Coros sync: direction connection prefered?

zuerstmal frohes neues Jahr

my question would be: which is the recommended way to sync with Coros ? do you recommend to connect from Runalyze to Coros in the Services panel (https://runalyze.com/activity/sync), or to activate it within the Coros app as a the link with 3rd party Runalyze ?


I suppose that today both solution are quite equivalent? But which one is the most likely to get new features such as health data or other ?

Yes. https://runalyze.com/activity/sync is the recomended way. This one will get more features when Coros is extending their API.
