Crazy TRIMP when saving Stopwatch

Hi, I recentlys decided to return to my practice of time management using Stopwatch but now I'm facing the real issue, as each time when I try to save it, Runalyze gives crazy numbers for TRIMP, e.g. 4 hours of sorting email gave me 269 points and tell me to rest for 3 days, I wish :)
Right now I just delete those entries from Runalyze but maybe there is some way to ignore them or you may omit Stopwatch activities from calculations since they contain no pulse or other data? I've attached two files to illustrate what I mean with and without that stopwatch activity.

Thank you!

Re: Crazy TRIMP when saving Stopwatch

You can set 'Avg. heart rate' for that 'sport' type to 0 or any low value to get low trimp values if there's no heart rate data. (You need to do that for activity types as well if you use any)

Re: Crazy TRIMP when saving Stopwatch

Thanks, I'll give it a try, I've already created sport activity with 0, but wasn't able to change average pulse to 0 of existing entry as it only allows 30, so I just set up my resting pulse instead.
