High race prognosis after adding a 10K race result

After adding a fast race result for 10K this week all my historic VO2Max estimations were recalculated and now the prognosis overestimates both my present and all my historic race results. It is the prognosis based on effective VO2Max from my heart rate. Before adding the 10K result from this week the present and historic prognosis was much more inline with the actual results.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Kind regards
Andreas

Adjust the manual correction factor:
https://runalyze.com/help/article/vo2max

Or activate the vo2max elevation correction and let run the recalulation tasks

By the way: Amazing 10k time!
