This can happen in the moment due big running tasks in the backend for new features. We are still debugging why some activities are not processed correctly, but not much will happen before the end of the month.
There is a long processing queue in the moment for that task as we are checking couple of million entries in the moment. So it could take some time (multiple hourse up to a day).
