I am using Run Gap to sync from Apple Health to Runalyze.
I want to see sleep, resting heart rate and other health data in Runalyze, too. Run Gap does not seem to be able to do that, but HealthKit seems to be able. Am I right? If so, how do I add all historic data of mentioned metrics to Runalyze?
Support article on Runalyze.com says that if activity is duplicate, Runalyze does not import it, though it may have additional data. How do I overcome it? Additionally, sleep, HRV, RHR are not tied to activities, do they sync then? I looked at HelthKit but it's data is structured into activities and I don't see a way to push said non-activities data to Runalyze. I activated automatic sync from HealthKit to Runalyze and we'll see what happens.
My goal is to see sleep, resting heart rate and other non-activities health data in Runalyze. Not sure yet what I do with that and if Runalyze would do something with it. But obviously, at least in my case, less sleep indicates stressful period and that should influence running form. At least sleep hours curve compared to running data points would be useful to me.
