HRV analysis when using Wahoo Tickr X

I have a Wahoo Tickr X which supports HRV data (as per https://elitehrv.com/compatible-devices).

I tried to import the a track of a ride (cycling) in both GPX and TCX formats, but did not find a way on Runanalyze.com to view HRV data. The Wahoo app also exports in FIT format, but there seems to be some bug in the export since the file is very small.

Any suggestions?

GPX and TCX do not store HRV data.
FIt file is the correct one. And yes: The fit files are really small as they store everything in binary

thank u Michael- i did not know the FIT files are small due to binary format.

I had imported the FIT file into RunAnalyze and did not see any HRV analysis option. Pls advise.

mh - Then it seems that Wahoo does not export that data to the fit file. Please contact Wahoo to do so.

Michael - thank u for the response.

2 quick questions:
1. Do u happen to know which specific data is missing in the FIT file that is used for HRV?
2. Do u happen to have a sample FIT file which contains HRV data that I can use to show to Wahoo support team on what should be there in the file.

Sorry, I don't have a fit file with RR Recording here.

Wahoo should know the Fit SDK and what to do (https://www.thisisant.com/resources/fit)

thank u. Based on the SDK documentation, it does look simple to figure it out since HRV is a special type of data.

I have filed a support ticket with Wahoo.

Will let u know.

Hey blahdi, I was considering to try Wahoo Tickr X myself and I wonder whenever anything changed from the time you've made a post? I hope that they added HRV data export by now?
