Polar RR recording

In its current line of watches Polar supports RR recording as a separate test, see https://support.polar.com/en/support/ho ... _recording.

The result can be exported from Flow Web service to a simple txt file that contains pairs {"time of beat" "interval to previous beat"}, like these:
0.000 1.087
1.087 1.087
2.2 1.113
3.243 1.043
4.351 1.108
5.441 1.09
6.551 1.11
7.592 1.041
8.639 1.047
9.749 1.11
Would it be possible to import such files and have them analysed? (given that HRV analysis is already part of Runalyze, if I understand correctly)

It needs to be part of the activity file. I hope they will add it to the fit file which we could consume from their API. Currently we use the tcx file from their API because their fit file export is too beta

With its current watch line Polar does not record RR-intervals during training session, RR-recording test is a separate test (just like the Fitness test and Orthostatic test), so the data is not going to be included into an activity file. It needs a separate importing procedure (automatic and/or manual).

Oh okay. Some day we will support separate RR readings at the Health section. We cannot say when this will be the case
