New Garmin EPIX PRO 51mm model missing?

Hi Ruanlyze,
I have a new Garmin device - EPIX (Gen2) PRO 51mm. From today's activity I did not see the device listed in the activity and the elevation data is not taken from the device barometer.
Do you have a timeline when the new models will be available in the database?

Thanks,
Iliya

We are adding new devices from time to time. Looking for new ones 1-2x per month.

@mipapo Yes it is the latest PRO generation of EPIX Gen2. In my case it is epix™ Pro (Gen 2) – Sapphire Edition | 51 mm

Thanks.

Re: New Garmin EPIX PRO 51mm model missing?

Hi again,
now I see the device info in the activity (see device_info.png)
Epix Pro visible in activity view

.
Thanks for that.
However the barometric data (elevation) seems to be taken from some map files and not from the barometer of the EPIX pro device. At least this is what it says in the elevation source. See elavation_data_source_now.png.

For comparison there is a screenshot with my old device where the data is from its barometer. At least this is what it is written in the source field. See elavation_data_source_before.png

s there some setting which I am missing?
Thanks in advance.

https://runalyze.com/settings Set correct information to never for now.
I'm not able to fix the device entry in this week
And simply remove the corrected data series from that activity

Re: New Garmin EPIX PRO 51mm model missing?

I have tested the fix but seems that it does not detect the barometer automatically.
The setting for "Automatically correct elevation data" is set to "Only if device has no barometer"
In the activity view I still see that the elevation data source is from "corrected (Mapzen Terrain Files)"
When I manually remove the correction for the activity then I see "Garmin Epix Pro (barometer)" as the source.

Cheers,
Iliya
