Zone Settings

Hello. I have been trying Runalyze for a few weeks. I see a lot of nice data to interpret. I just noticed all my runs are classified as easy runs. I found where you can change the pace settings per zone. The problem is I don't really know what each zone should be. I mostly train with heart rate.
I'm guessing that's why my Monotony rating is so poor.
Any suggestions?
