Garmin Load Focus

Hi All,

i'm approching with runalyze because i want to have a global look to my training during time and i found the site very useful (i'm thinking to became a supporter). Anyway i have a question. My garmin 745 give me very useful informations about the load focus (the amount of anaerobic load, high aerobic load and low aerobic load) that help me to choose the right training for a day. For example if i have to increase the low aerobic load (because the high aerobic is already good) the garmin advices me to make a slow run instead a fast one.
There is a way too have these kind of information on runalyze?

Thanks

No, currently not. You can suggest that on our ideas platform: https://ideas.runalyze.com/

Still, Runalyze is not a second Garmin Connect. We won't simply take all values we can get from Garmin and show them in another way. So, we'll need papers / formulae to calculate anaerobic and high/low aerobic work based on the recorded data.

Ok, thank you. By the way i'm not sure how reliable are the values provide from Garmin (so a simply copy and paste is probably not so useful as you have noticed), eventually some advices how much you have to "push" in a training to reach a balance training load would be useful.
