https://runalyze.com/settings/dataset -> "Zwischenzeiten" ist dort auf "nicht öffentlich" gestellt. Daher wird das auch in der öffentlichen Aktivitätsansicht entsprechend nicht dargestellt.

Use the Healthfit app (https://apps.apple.com/de/app/healthfit/id1202650514). Except HRV the data can be synced automatically.
HRV will be possible later as the Healthfit developer needs another unit for the HRV sync which is currently not possible via our own API.

Ignore these "Sincethedistributionsarestoredwithoutdecimalplacesthedisplaycandeviateminimallyfromthedetaileddisplayofanactivity". That looks wrong and needs to be fixed for us. For the others: Hannes and me need to add in the "context" the original english translation. Need to do...

We are waiting for a missing part of the new API to migrate existing Connections to the new one. Everything else is more or less prepared

The support for the self hosted backups was removed a long time ago as we have a totally different backend setup now.
If you have the original activity files you've uploaded to your self hosted version you can easily upload them all.
But I don't see any option to recover the data from that backup.
