Something wrong with translations and other languages?

The webpage translate.runalyze.com doesn't work and English words start popping up in runalyze where another languages is selected. Is something gone wrong?

Re: Trend analysis for HRmax?

Thanks for your reply. Regarding max HR, my idea is that the max HR e.g. for a tempo run on a known route with target pace tells me something about my daily shape compared to similar runs. I might be wrong, but I feel this values is one of the quickest indicator when comparing similar runs and my ow...

Trend analysis for HRmax?

Hi,

Can it be relevant to also evaluate HRmax in trend analysis, in addition to average HR?

Are data for active and passive rounds calculated on the fly with the tool analyse splits, or can values only for active rounds in the selection of workouts be evaluated?

Re: Running effectiveness

Thanks for your swift reply. I understood the metric, but wondered about the power variable. Under sport settings I can choose to tick of "Power", and the explanation given is that power is either recorded or calculated. My impression is that without a recorded power (or more correct as you state a ...

Re: Running effectiveness

Is running effectiveness depending that the recording device you are using also record some value for force/effect and store it in the session file you import, or can runalyze calculate the necessary values itself? I haven't values for anything related to effect in my database; I just get empty fiel...

Mark split rounds in heart and tempo plot?

Don't know if this is something discussed earlier, but could split rounds be marked in plots as heart rate and tempo? E.g. a hatched box, background shading or similar to state out the different splits? Or just a combined plot where heart rate, tempo and round plot can be selected to be shown in one...
