Re: VO2max Schätzung und Berechnung

OK, thank you for explaining that. Since my HR goes up for each kilometer (when I keep running at roughly constant speed), and only stabilizes during my 3:rd and final running kilometer, perhaps that value (32.34 in the table above) is the most accurate estimate of my VO2Max? Or would you say it is...

Re: VO2max Schätzung und Berechnung

First of all: It's an estimation. There is no 'exact' calculation of your (Effective) VO2max and all estimations have some errors. The values you see for your laps are all values (i.e. single estimations) for your 'VO2max', not for your VO2. That means: No, it's not right the calculate the maximum o...

I don't understand your question? Your second screenshot does highlight where you need to click to see those details: Click on 'Fit details (by file)' in the header of the 'Miscellaneous' section.

Re: Polar H9 for Aerobic Threshold estimation

Can't say anything about the Polar H9 (I think it should be fine), but some remarks: - You know that this is the aerobic threshold or VT1, not to be confused with the anaerobic threshold or lactate threshold, right? - How many artifacts are reported for your raw data? Does your data look correct? Do...

Re: Banister Calculations

I don't know how you got your numbers. For Banister, Runalyze uses

Code: Select all

$r1 = 42, $r2 = 7, $k1 = 1, $k2 = 2

You can simply activate the field in https://runalyze.com/settings/dataset, look for "VO2max (by file)" and check the first box.

Re: Calculation vertical ratio not correct?

Vertical ratio is calculated as vertical oscillation / step length (one step L or R) in Runalyze. Normally this should be divided by stride length (stride = two steps L AND R). Can you cite any source that supports your claim, especially one that clearly distinguishes between step length and stride...

Re: CTL in Shape goes out of the graph

Yes, that's what ATL/CTL are based on and yes, by default they are shown in % of your personal overall maximum. You can disable that in your settings if you prefer to see the absolute numbers.
