Re: Garmin training - execution score

Garmin writes a lot of undocumented stuff where we can't say what it is, but so far I'm not able to find this value. It doesn't surprise me if it can be calculated very simply. We have a draft in process to handle workout definitions. Reading the workout definition from this file is one of the next ...

Re: Merge file into activity issue for Core BodyTemp FIT fields

The issue has been fixed for future uploads.

Suunto does not specify whether those developer fields are for 'record' entries or 'session' entries and we missed to map them to the 'record' entries as well.

Re: Intervals and how the're displayed

Are you sure? The laps section in the activity has a link 'More details about your laps' which shows all laps, not only the 'active' ones. You can already see that by the lap numbers in the table's first column: They will probably show 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / ..., as the inactive laps are hidden there. That...

Re: Race predictor: is it off a lot for some people?

Thus using a correction factor of 0.7 I get realistic race results. And a VO2max that is 8 points lower than measured in the lab, and that is a lot lower than an untrained person of my age and gender should have. Thanks a lot! Exactly what I needed to convince a doctor who said that I'm so fit that...

Re: Workout not showing VO2max even though HR data is present

But the checkbox 'VO2max for shape' is not checked for that activity, that's why it's ignored.

Re: Weight Setting - Impact on Running Metrics

Strange recommendation from Stryd. It may influence those calculated values too much when entering the weight every day (but I'm not sure here), but I think it's absolutely useful to enter the weight at least once a week or similar. It's an important metric to evaluate if my improvements are because...
