Garmin writes a lot of undocumented stuff where we can't say what it is, but so far I'm not able to find this value. It doesn't surprise me if it can be calculated very simply. Irgendwie ist in den "verborgenen" Einstellungen deines Accounts ein interner Marker auf die "Lauf-Sportart" (denn den Effektiven VO2max gibt es nur für das Laufen) verschwunden bzw. zeigte auf eine nicht mehr existente Sportart. Wir haben das korrigiert.

Strange recommendation from Stryd. It may influence those calculated values too much when entering the weight every day (but I'm not sure here), but I think it's absolutely useful to enter the weight at least once a week or similar.
