The activity shows a device with barometer and by your settings, Runalyze did not apply any elevation correction. But the raw altitude signal has [..., 39, 39, 39, 2069, -92, -92, -92, ...] (in m).

We have an open ticket for that and there's a feature request that you can vote for: https://ideas.runalyze.com/posts/164/remember-settings
