hat jemand schon die Ruheherzfrequenz aus Coros (automatisch) in Runalyze bekommen? Seitdem ich von Garmin umgestiegen bin wird diese nicht mehr aktualisiert.

Hallo, die Fußnote in der Sektion Statistik besagt, dass nur Durchschnittswerte (bspw. Puls) genutzt werden. Verzerrt das denn nicht gerade bei Intervallen die Statistik ziemlich? Ich versuche im Moment stark darauf zu achten 80-90% im GA1 Bereich und den Rest fast ausschließlich Intervalle zu laufe...

I was wondering if it makes sense (from the calculation and metrics point of view) to also include walking and hiking trips in runalyze. My main activity is running.

An welche Segmente denkst du? Segmente wie bei Strava, die sich insb. geographisch orientieren stelle ich mir auch schwer in der Umsetzung vor. Die Daten für Bestzeiten sind doch sogar schon enthalten. Mit dieser Aufstellung müsste man doch jetzt nur noch fixe Strecken (bspw. 1, 3, 5, 10, 21km) iter...
