Intervals and how the're displayed

Every now and then I do an interval workout. In Runalyze I only see the fast intervals and not the slower ones, nor the warmup and cooldown under Laps even though I'd be interested in seeing these next to the fast intervals as well. I guess it's how my running app deals with these kind of workouts: ...

Re: Race predictor: is it off a lot for some people?

Oh wow! I just had a brainwave! Actually, this is a lot more brilliant than you might realize! I've been trying to quantify how much this condition limits me, and I can reverse engineer this! Thus using a correction factor of 0.7 I get realistic race results. And a VO2max that is 8 points lower than...

Re: Race predictor: is it off a lot for some people?

Thanks a lot Michael. Lets see how I can use the correction factor. The VO2max estimate is fairly spot on I'd say, based on a recent exercise test. Thus this looks good. But the predictions are still way off. If I change the correction factor then the VO2max seems to change. I guess my problem is a ...

Race predictor: is it off a lot for some people?

Ok, this is probably going to be embarrassing... my current race prediction for a 5k is basically 10 minutes faster than I'm able to run, and 10k is off by 23mins. Basically, all distances give me paces I've never managed to run, and I'm running for 8 years now (yeah, there's a reason for that, a mu...

Power calculation: what is is based on and how precise?

I'm very interested in the power calculation. From a bike exercise test I know at which HR and power my lactate threshold currently is. But my main sport is running. I am not totally sure where exactly my LTh is for running, but I think it's quite a bit lower, and I was wondering if I can somehow us...

Re: My body is weird: is there some useful data here?

Looking at the regression line I get what you mean. Ok, the data are not feasible. Need to find some other data to support my case. Sigh.

Re: My body is weird: is there some useful data here?

There are two main use cases for DFA alpha1 values. The obvious one is estimating the aerobic threshold, which shows an error message here, as 1) linear regression shows an increasing line (but it should decrease!) and 2) there are no DFA a1 values below 1.0 (which is the important range for fittin...

My body is weird: is there some useful data here?

I found this blog entry: https://blog.runalyze.com/features/aerobic-threshold-estimation-based-on-hrv/ and figured I could maybe do something interesting with this data. My Garmin Fenix 6s apparently transmits HRV data to Runalyze. Cool. But some of the settings mentioned in this blog post are missi...
