Garmin just has the Health Snapshot feature on the Venu2 for HRV measurement yet. This is the only HRV data we are able to get via the Garmin API. You can sync it but it takes some extra steps. There's a tiny app called Health Sync on the Google Play Store, it can sync Huawei Health data to various other apps, including Strava and Google Fit.
