Re: How do you deal with training around Easy TRIMP as VO2max increases?

Firstly, two important notes: (Easy) TRIMP is independ not your VO2max. ATL/CTL/TSB/Easy TRIMP are all based on your trimp values and they are based on heart rate und duration only. In terms of TRIMP, a 1-hour easy run is always the same, no matter what's your 'easy' pace. The Easy TRIMP is just a ...

How do you deal with training around Easy TRIMP as VO2max increases?

Hello everyone, I just have to ask this question, as it has puzzled me for a while. Some context - been running quite a bit the last 2 years, after a decade+ of reversing all my athleticism from being a basketball player up to like 26, by becoming a sedentary couch potato. Needless to say, my fitnes...

Re: The Green-Orange-Red boundaries for the HRV field

Thanks, I've read that.
I guess the site algorithms have calculated a new higher baseline for me then. Orange it is.

The Green-Orange-Red boundaries for the HRV field

Hello, Any idea how these are determined? I am asking because they seem to have modified over time for me. For example, 2 weeks ago, a 96 RMSSD reading (I use an H10 and EliteHRV, as I don't have Garmin) resulted in a green dot for the HRV. Today I took it as I woke up, and for a 103.64 entry I got ...

Re: Can the HRV entry be done with the Polar H10?

Garmin just has the Health Snapshot feature on the Venu2 for HRV measurement yet. This is the only HRV data we are able to get via the Garmin API. (https://blog.runalyze.com/features/runalyze-now-supports-daily-hrv-readings/) Elite HRV and HRV4Training are not able to sync data to Runalyze. HRV4Tra...

Can the HRV entry be done with the Polar H10?

Hello there, First, I want to thank you for the amazing website. I'm somewhat of a new runner (even though I was involved in performance sports like basketball when younger). It's amazing how easy it is these days to properly quantify and monitor your efforts and improve on them. Runalyze seems to o...

Re: Huawei Health Sync

You can sync it but it takes some extra steps. There's a tiny app called Health Sync on the Google Play Store, it can sync Huawei Health data to various other apps, including Strava and Google Fit. You can also connect it to Runalyze although I am unsure what gets synced as I also get data from Pola...
