The sleep average heart rate is no resting HR. Resting hr is measured in a awake situation.
The naming in that table is just wrong. It's not resting heart rate in sleep, it's the min sleep heart rate. Will be fixed. Calling it resting hr is simply wrong.

Change the internal sport at https://runalyze.com/settings/sport for Yoga. We added about >30 new sport types and adjusted the mapping. So you need to update some of the existing sport (We already did a lot of updates to existing ones, when we added these new sports, but it's impossible to catch all...

We will check this in two weeks. Garmin seems to send a different timezone than we expect

I've heard about wrong timezone issues here before. Can you verify that you have the correct timezone set at Runalyze? https://runalyze.com/settings/account
(It's from the Health Snapshot feature, never from nightly sleep measures)
