If the heart rate plot is cropped of at your Hr max, then you have entered the wrong HR Max.

same issue, but I get the data through Polar. Strava gets the same data, and subtracts from the total time (verstrichene Zeit in German) the pausing time. If we can find an underlying reason why it's like that, then we'll fix it, but I can't reproduce it.
